My passion for photography started some time in 2011 when Instagram first came out. I’ve always been an artsy person and at the time, I was pursuing a career in Graphic Design. I unfortunately struggled with the criticism and ultimately gave it up to pursue other work in the Tech industry. As soul crushing as this moment was for young me, through Instagram, I was able to continue expressing myself creatively to others and I found a lot of joy in it.
Over time, I grew tired of shooting on my iPhone and borrowed my first camera from my Mom, a Canon EOS 60D. By my mid 20’s, I started making enough money to travel internationally and this was the turning point in my photography journey.
I realized how alive I felt capturing the world, documenting the things I’ve seen and experienced, the people I’ve met. Soon enough it began to feel like photography became the one thing in life I ever truly needed.
Fast forward to 2025 ~ I’ve quit my corporate job to focus 100% of my energy into photography (finally). To pursue a creative profession I so desperately desired more than a decade ago. Through my work, I give all of myself and I strive to showcase my love for the craft in every photograph I take.
